Want to Recover of Money from Fly by Night Company

I was engaged in business of Signora Healthcare Limited. There was one marketing agent in my hometown Assam. They came into my office and convinced me to do the work along with the company by taking as a agency of their product. In the agreement it was decided that the company will provide salesman to do marketing in the city for the marketing. And then I paid amount for their product to be delivered from their Head Branch Lucknow as decided in the terms and conditions. But till now they din't provide me the product of full paid amount and nor they appoint any salesman as they told earlier which is in the agreement. And they are not receiving my call and the marketing agent is also not a part of company now and saying what can we do if the company has done fraud with them also. The company did fraud with everyone along with many clients. So please help me to recover the money.
