Vehicle sell on 2018. But amount didn't credited

A maruti K10 vehicle under my ownership was sell to one person by advertisement in trivandrum circle daily and transferred ownership to himself in my own expenses. He agreed, the 2,80,000/- rupees to my account by online transaction but he didn't sent the same yet. Have any remedial measures?
You must submit a complaint to the police station. The person was cheating you in this transaction. He did a non bailable offence. you can file the complaint and the police will register the FIR against him.
