A promisary note of 60 lakhs rupees with only cash transactions. Is it valid legally ?

Yes it’s completely legal and u have promissory note its enough for evidence but its valid upto three years of your transaction so better to Approach your nearest advocate and file recovery suit and you have right to attached his property
