URGENT: Membership Cancellation & Full Refund Request (₹1,55,400)

am writing this formal request to cancel my membership [Ref: Agreement no - KC/1/170426/17032C] and demand a refund of ₹1,55,400 which I paid on 17/04/2026. I have been attempting to coordinate this with Suzetta for the past two weeks without any response. Due to a significant change in my personal and medical circumstances, I am no longer able to utilize this membership.

You may issue a legal notice seeking refund based on contract terms, medical grounds and deficiency in service. Preserve payment proof, agreement copy and communication records before proceeding further.

You may send a written cancellation notice and seek refund as per the agreement terms. Preserve payment proof and communications. If the company fails to respond, legal notice and consumer complaint may be considered.
