Hi there, if you are sure of it that court fee isn't utilised or attached with any case then you'll have to file an application in the court for a refund. The refund will be allowed only upon getting a court order for refund. Above mentioned is a general procedure. However, It's advisable to contact me and provide details as to the transaction to provide you with accurate advice. If you need any help or explanation feel free to contact me.

What you should do: Obtain Utilisation Status in Writing Write an email/representation to the Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd. (SHCIL) Nehru Place branch asking them to provide a written certificate showing in which case number, court name and date your e-stamp/receipt has been utilised. If they cannot link it with any case, it proves non-utilisation. Approach the Court / e-Courts Helpdesk Visit the District Court where the fee was supposed to be used and file an application before the concerned court or the e-Courts helpdesk stating that the e-stamp was never used and was wrongly generated. Attach: Copy of receipt ID proof Screenshot/printout of payment Your written complaint to SHCIL.
