Unfulfilled promises and fraudulent loan provider

With respect Sir/Mam, I needed the help on above subject to which company and its employees made promises to provide loan with random conditions and to which we paid all the charges like NEFT,ECS,GST and PROCESSING FEES. Which more than Rs.20k. And now they won't answer the call and asking for more charges and if asked to cancel and refund they says it won't be possible cause it's on last moment and gives us only option too proceed with more monetary charges or cancel without refund. Please help

actually this is a case of a regular financial shifting it has been oftenly observed in my practice that banks have charged very navel amount to their steam customers there is a clear guideline by the reserve Bank of India and even there is a provision inside banking law is any manager are any officials have the bank in Dallas in such financial shifting of the money we shall be punished and you are in title for the recovery of your amount and you are recovery suit under order 37 of the civil procedure code and you can also file
