Unable to pay friendly loans due to loss in business

My husband is not able to pay the friendly loans due to loss in business. Due to their pressure he is out of house from past one month. The amount he is taken us nearly 50 lakhs. What we can do to get out of this problem.
we file a case in the lower court or high courts and get relief from friends and recovery agents, approach us we will help you from your friends and any bank officials and any recovery agents, we get relief from these people by filing a petition in court
