Unability of Loan Payment - reg.

My father took a loan from citi bank on his citi bank credit card which is now under taken by axis bank, the loan amount is upto 5 lakh, from last few years we are successfully making all of our instalment payment but 6 months ago my father got infected from a serious infection because of which he got two paralyse attacks and he is right side paralysed now, as he is the sole earner of our family and he is bed ridden now we are not in a position to pay the loan amount.

Don’t worry sir fill the suit for unable to pay the amount of loan with attaching all the medical documents of your father tell the your issue in the court through lawyer by which you are unable to the loan amount any more
