Transport vendor forged bills and presented for payment

Hello, I need legal help to report against transport vendor who has overwritten bills and added additional charges clearly visible by using different ink. He is holding my vehicle saying non payment of dues. I have filed a general diary with police

Overwriting on a document and extorting money from a client tantamount to forgery and fraud. You can sue the vendor for the criminal charge as well as civil, as here you act as a customer. Also their conduct proves malpractice. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact Thanks

You need to initiate police complaint bcoz this is the case of forgery n cheating ,.. yes police complaint needs to be drafted n u can even do the same via any advocate for all the legalities ..plz n in touch with us
