Training institute not refunding my course fee

Training institute is not refunding my course fee of Rs 105000, sales representative informed that its Job guaranteed course when I paid the amount I got welcome letter on email and I was told to accept it ,I did it ( my mistake without reading it) and when after 15mins when I read I saw that it was job placement & not job guarantee. I ASKED FOR REFUND WITHIN AN HOUR .However now they are saying that there is No refund policy and cannot give any money.i didn't attend a single session.plz

Approach us we will help you in getting the amount from that instruction , as you told that a job is a guaranteed job but in agreement it reflected job placement and is not guaranteed then it comes under breach of agreement, we will send a legal notice to the training institute and ask for money if they are not paid we will file case in court and ask for amount
