friends took money from Singapore bank and went to India. What action can be taken by Singapore bank in case he doesn't return the money?
They can file recovery suit in Singapore if the dispute resolution is not mentioned in your contract. Normally the bank in the contract mentions arbitration clause. Therafter as per clause after obtaining exparte decree or award will go for execution.
