Took a credit card but now unable to pay the amount

I am using a Credit Card, But due to some financial reason I never paid EMI of last few month, now the credit card representative telling if it not done by today they will send legal notice it will charge 9K, what can I do?

You need to pay the amount. While buying the Credit card you have signed the terms and conditions. These terms are in the form of agreement. Therefore once you breach the contents of the said agreement the representatives have the right to recovery of the said amount with interest.

Better you approach them and settle the amount. Or request for OTS to avoid the interest.
