To withdrew amount from post office kisan 'vikas patra policy'.

We have opened a kisan vikas patra in the name of a senior citizen and wanted to withdrew it before 2.5 year ( minimum time ) due to some reasons. How can we take court order to withdrew our amount and its procedure and how much time it will take?

Hello, You don't necessarily require a court order for that purpose. if the term and conditions of the document permits you to withdraw the said amount with certain conditions or on happening of certain even then you can withdraw the amount by writing a notice to the authority. kindly share the documents to enable me to assist you better.
