To Recover Money Sent By Bank Transaction (No Cheques Are Available)

I have sent some money to my friend through online bank transaction for many times in last two years. I have not taken any cheques of my friend.But now friend is refusing to give me my money back and I want to recover the same. How can I take legal against this friend?
First you send a Legal Notice to your friend. If he don't return your money back, file a case against him in Court. However, you need to have certain proofs available with you to claim such money back

Pls issue a legal notice to the borrower and wait for his response if the same is not received within time then you may have to file a suit for recovery of your money in the civil court and file an application the court for attachment of the borrowers properties
