This question is personalnnI've gave money to my office friend now he left the organisation and I don't have address or anything, just have his number and chats ad call recordings can i file a FIR

dear client, yes you can also register an FIR against your so-called friend. during investigation police can find the address of your friend from your office you can also find the address of your friend from your office. for further legal assistance feel free to contact me
