The loan cover on the cc limit has cancelled by the loan company.

Sir, my father has taken a loan of 25 lakh rupees in a form of cc limit and he is diseabled by his one left hand his disrablity was 90 percent but he is diseabled as physically only not health wise but the loan cover agency has cancelled my cover and my father has died 2 years ago and I am still fighting the case in consumer court so will I get my cover or not. Thats my question ❓
