The Holidays Membership cancellation

In term and condition, it is mentioned that the cancellation charges will be 1 to 7 days 30% , 8 to 15 days 50% etc..And i requested cancellation the membership within 3 to 4 hours of the membership. nnCan I file a case in consumer court for claiming full refund ? Because i did not complete a single day .. nnIs there chance to win the case ??

No u can’t coz 1 to 7 days includes even one second of the 1st day of the membership ! Therefore company is eligible to deduct 30% from your membership! Thanks n all the best and b in touch if company doesn’t refund the balance due

Yes, you can initiate legal case And seek the refund of your membership fee in accordance with the terms And conditions enunciated in the agreement. We advise you to issue a legal notice through an advocate , followed by a case. You May contact
