The borrower is not returning the amount

My father gave 15lkhs rupees to a known person while purchasing a property in Agra . The 50 percent property is named on our name and other half is on the borrower, however the money we have provided is 15lkhs extra to which he is neither returning the money nor selling the property to pay us back. What can be done here? Need your valuable suggestions.

you may seek for the legal remedy from civil court through money suit civil court through summary suit criminal court through cheating in my advice you should go with the proceeding criminal court and asi the remedy for regarding same matter
