Taking too much time for refunding securities

Is there any time limit or something for refunding securities.. because my school haven’t given me back my security money deposited when I joined… it’s been 6 months after i filled up the form for securities

Hello you can send a formal letter in writing to school fore refund of security money duly mentioning the date when you submitted forms for refund within 15 days, if not refunded even then you can send them legal notice
