SUPER STOCKIST GOT CHEATED BY COMPANY

One of Gujarat based food products company has convinced us for super stockist, so I transferred some amount from my brother's savings account in their(company's) current account. Since 3 months they are not sending me material nor giving me my money back. MD of the company not responding at all, SO,RSM of the company disconnecting my calls. How can I proceed?
Better you issue legal notice for recover of the amount and also seek interest on the said amount
