My name is Mohd Aakil, and I am writing to formally register a serious complaint regarding my recent order experience with Amazon. The order in question is ID 171-9474744-0101135, placed on August 15th, and delivered to me on August 19th. Regrettably, upon opening the package, I discovered that the product I received was entirely different from the one I had ordered.
