Subject: Seeking Legal Advice on Refund Dispute

Dear sir/mam I purchased an online course for IITJEE of 30000 from Infinity Learn on 20th April 2025. Despite fulfilling all terms and conditions which is mentioned on the website, my refund request is denied, even though I believe I am legally entitled to it. The customer support is introducing a new thing (it is not on the website t/c) which they say is necessary to fulfill it to get a refund. Please guide me through it

As per your statement you have right to sue against the course department who denied to procide the services as per terms and conditions and also have right to approach consumer commission for the same thing
