Stockist refused to take back the stock

Hello I was a stockist of a saral rozgar cards of tech mahindra for delhi ncr. we were supplied cards thru their national stockist @70 per card and signed agreement with him only. Product goes flop. national stockist refuse take stock back. after lots of arguement techM took stock back @55 only and got signed full n final settlement agreement. 70-55=Rs.15 was the profit of national stockist so techM didn't pay that. national stockist has stopped business now. pls advice how can we reover this rs.15 from national stockist. and can we demand more money from techM after signing settlement agreement under natural justice.
