Ssue of Administrative sanction delayed

Competant Authority is delaying for more than 2 years to issue administrative sanction for payment of arrears to telangana state government pensioner.

hi if they are not paying the pension amount even after 2 years then you could approach court by filing writ petition in high court questioning the delay caused and their inaction in releasing tje pension amount
