ssc cgl coaching centre refund fees

hello sir, sir i join ssc cgl coaching classes yesterday and coaching center take the fees first i took one class and i was not satisfied with class can i get my money back from coaching center if i only attend one class . i will be glad if you reply thank you....

yes he will refund your money once you send him a legal notice for a refund the amount,once you send they will refund the amount immediately,the process is very simple to send the legal notice to the coaching centre

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him/her a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he/she fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your money back along with compensations.

first of all hire an advocate and send a legal notice to the coaching center with the help of an advocate and advocate will help you in providing further legal consultancy regarding your issue and helps in solve your queries as soon as possible
