Son took loan in parents name and documents without their knowledge

Hi a boy 18 year took loan from various companies on some banks too by using parents phone number and documents and not able to pay emis now, parents constantly getting late emi text and collections team calls now.

First of all it's the responsibility of the person who took the loan to repay it according to the time frame set by the agreement. If you are getting unnecessary harassment from the side of the banks or from lending companies then you can always serve them a legal notice regarding your grievances and in that notice you have to warn them that either stop all these harassments or face legal action which will be at your own risk. Hello, I will help you, do one thing take time from companies to pay your EMI. If the companies did not give any time to pay your EMI and tried to force , harass to get money from you then you have to call 112 number and file a witten complaint in your nearby police station.
