Some x party cheated me and not returning my amount which I have given

Hii some x party cheated me and not ready to return my amount from years and they are threatening me not to ask or call for amount . And they send me legal notice that not to ask or return for money kindly help me in this

hi if they are not giving the money back then you could issue a legal notice for recovery of money with interest and if they failed to pay then you could file suit for recovery of money and need to see the contents of notice received by you
