sir , maine kisi customer ko maal becha tha ,, par ab wo payment nai de raha h ,, ab m kya karu sir?
If you have sufficient documents for placing work order then i suggest you to issue a intimation letter directing him to pay the balance amount. If he does not pay, then it is better to file a recovery suit before the jurisdictional civil court.

As per ur statement u sold good to customer, but he foaled to payment so on the basis of bill first give legal notice us 80 CPC and file civil suit against the customers in appropriate Court for recovery of mony,rest on VI's a vise
