Aap,ka loan amount kya hai aur Kitna outstanding hai bataye. Drt se apko stay miljayega afar apne mortgage loan avail kiya hai .Notice bejna padta hai bank ko pehle SARFESI ACT me aur section 14 me collector ke yaha se order Hota hai tab koi property jis par loan liya hai us par bank possession le kar auction kar sakta hai.
