Show money for abroad from financers but visa refused what should I

My father has showed money 22 lakhs inr from agent for my abroad studies and I got refusal . Now the agent has withdrawn the amount and refused to return the affidavit or not destroying it. They are saying no issues . But for our safety we want that affidavit . Is there any issue if he doesn’t return the affidavit .

For that I would require a copy of the affidavit or exact details of what that affidavit contains or consist of. Also there can be issues if that affidavit not retuned by him as he might not misuse the same
