Hi,nWe just got order from NCDRC in group case against Builder (CC/97/2016). We have 3 reservations for which we want to go further -n1. Consider Resale buyers as original buyersn2. Asking the Builder to pay the delay penalty immediate basisn3. Asking builder to refrain from charging 24% interest for delays and refund of excess interest he charged earlierPlease let us know your opinion on this and if interested in pursuing our case further.
