SETTLEMENT STATEMENT by Colife Advisory Private Ltd

I stayed at colive sunrise pg in Bangalore from 26th oct to 2nd nov. For the duration I have paid almost 4500 rupees. I informed hostel manager on 1st nov that iam vacating room and leaving on 2nd of November. Manager said ok as you informed today you don't have to pay any extra money during vacating room. But today evening I received a mail that I need to pay settlement money to the pg i stayed. RentOS ₹8,635 notice period charges 8000 and total of ₹. 20565. Else legal action will be taken.???

hi first need to see the contents of the notice receieved by you and after going through olit then you could send reply notice to it by denying all those statements made in the notice that you are unable to pay such amount
