Settlement letter not received after bank taking more than half of the

27-Jan-2023 (In Recovery Law)
Bank told me that they can settle my account in less amount and asked me to pay sum amount first and the remaining balance I should pay once I received the settlement letter. I already paid them more than half amount of my settlement offer but never received email of settlement. Then I complained to the bank as per hierarchy via email and received same response from them that no miscommunication or such issued had been identify. I am not sure why cox after providing them with screenshot of chat conversation I had with their agent. What right do I have now? Please advise.

If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice regarding your grievances and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Dear client The oral contract that you had with the agent of the bank will need to be enforced here. You should get the settlement terms and conditions in writing and have it signed on the letter head of the bank. In case, the bank is refuting any settlement you would need to send them a legal notice attaching proofs that you have demanding a written settlement agreement with them. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further. Regards
