Settlement amt of loan for busines

I sm having 20 lacs loan in 5 parts like home loan, mortgage top up, mudra,term on one property hence now bank send notice but agree for settlement amt on 15 lacs I want to settle in 15 lacs only or else possession asking, loan taken for preschool which failed due to shifted in covide and under women entrepreneurs can I get any subsidy for settlement
Well, We can file a Counter Reply to the Notice sent to you by Bank. In that notice, legally, I will write such points in your favor, which will convince the Bank to do settlement with you immediately.
