A company has taken money from me on a bond contract now they are not returning

If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Your first step will be legal notice but it is not likely to have much result if the company has till now refused to refund. Your next step will be to start legal proceedings against the company for recovery. most likely via Arbitration as stated in the contract
