Seller made false promise. Now not refunding.

Seller sold me 10 year travel package costing around 2 lakh rupees. I was not given full picture of hidden costs in the package. I came across hidden costs (AMC charges) when going through agreement papers. There are other misleading claims also which I got came across later. I emailed the seller immediately (within 24 hours) that I want to cancel the package and get refund. The seller refused. nnI want full refund of my money. Seller is Delhi based.
