Seized 120 C Pc.Bike Recovery Process

I lost my bike in last july.18.2022 in metro station, ofter this I goat a notice in my address,in that notice your bike seized 102 C Pc.for Bahadurpura police station.how to get my bike back to this please help me

hi first of all need to see the notice received by you from the department and then you could ask the police to release the bike it was stolen and that no offence was committed and if they are not releasing then you could approach court
