Seeking Resolution for Unpaid Investment and Profits

I'm from Hyderabad,I invested ₹1,50,000 in a textiles business, promised ₹10,000 monthly profit for 11 months (fulfilled six). Unfortunately, last three months remain unpaid. I terminated the deal, outlined terms on A4 paper, and collected signatures, plus Aadhar proof. He assured payment by July, but on August 1st, he refused. Urgently need to recover my money and uncertain about missed profits claim. I've signed doc, records, except ₹25,000 cash. How can I recover the amount and claim profits?

hi first of all we need to see whether any agreement was executed betweeen the parties to it and if tbey are denying profit or share to you then you could issue legal notice to such person and could file suit for recovery of money
