Sec 25 payment and settlement act hdfc bank sent notice in email

Sir my mother had elbow surgery...all my funds are expenced in surgery...and I have also had in ecs bank if bank do sec 25 case against me and I will appear in court but I don't have funds to make my bail what should I do
Is there any notice sent to you by the bank? what does it state. did they already file a case against you. Howsoever, you can initiate talks either to restructure the loan amount or settle the loan amount in ways possible.

Since is the procedure of law you will have to arrange funds for your bail as well as lawyer. If your lawyer is efficient enough he can even ask for PR Bond or Surety in your favour which will reduce your financial burden.
