School Admission Fees refund request please

We have paid around 16,000 to one of the pvt school in Rohini in Nursery class, did not gt my daughter admitted as we did not hear anything at all from School for more than a month. Now when i ask for refund, they say its mentioned on receipt i should log in to check details of classes and all. They literally threaten us that they wont refund our hard earned money. Can something be done about it?

A legal notice to school can be sent to the school ….does the receipt says that this amount is not refundable ? If it is clearly mentioned than u can’t hv your refund at all …however wat r the terms n condition ???

You can send the legal notice to the school authorities for the recovery of funds.
