SARFAESI 13(2) Issued - amount paid - documents not handed over

The Bank issued Sarfaesi notice u/s 13(2), as per notice and up-to-date interest served, but bank didn't hand over the documents to me.
HISTORY
I was an employee of the bank and availed Housing loan, I Quit the job
Subsequently, bank issued the notice U/s 13(2) I've cleared the amount
Now, how to get my original documents, where I've to file the case in DRT or HC WP.
SARFAESI Act section 27 am I eligible to claim penalty?
hi you could file writ petition in high court to direct the bank to release the original documents as yoh have cleared the pending amount and that there is no dues pending you from your side and that based on that you could obtain relief
