salary and final payment due for last 4 years cheque with me but they

sir company remove me without notice in 2018 i send legal notice they agreed on 1.5 lakh total ,gave me 1 lakh cheque ,cheque is with me never bounce ,i have chat cinversation record of all above with accountant,now they offer rs 60000 full and final ,please tell should i take or file recovery suite

If you have the cheque then you should encash it and if it goes bounce then you will be at full liberty to file a cheque bounce case. You need to take your stand in deciding at which amount you wish to settle the dispute. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

the decision should be yours regarding the amount, the best i can guide is that since the situation is such that court procedure is lengthy, you can send legal notice regarding your issue and then make them settle on a handsome amount so that you also get your right and money you deserve.

if you have all the proofs as suggested by you then you should contest the same and even ask for compensation from them for harassing you .... never ever leave what Is legally due to you .... there is a possibility that your matter may get resolved quickly in thr court of law as the amount is not much higher
