Regarding Recovery of Shiksha mitra assistant teacher job post

Hello sir, i am one of 1,70000 Shiksha mitra of UP who had got Assistant teacher post after BTC training. We lost our job after SC decesion. Any Writ filed for our recovery for Assistant Teacher post as we got salary. Is it possible sir? We didn't get that job to Assistant teacher( regular teacher) from Shiksha mitra(sanvida karmi) with any fraud. It was a Goverment policy. So what's our fault. Can recovery is done?

Government can't recover as salary is paid against the service given by you.
If government send any such notice then it should be replied properly with reasons.
However judgement of honble supreme court is also required to be gone through on this point
