REGARDING NOT PAYING OF LOAN BANK ASKING TO COME LOAKADHALATH

My father had taken sheep/goat loan from SBI Bank in 2013 (60,000/- rs) under some scheme, I think this scheme from government, in this loan there was subsidy from govt. Till year 2024 there was no single notice has been issued to us from bank regarding loan. my father died in 2022 and now bank asked to come loakadhalath for loan settlement. What should I do..
