Regarding non payment of an unsecured loan EMIs taken g from a NFC.

I've taken some unsecured online loan from some NBFCs. Currently I'm not in a situation of repaying them. What consequences I've to face in this situation. Please help. I'm getting continuous calls and messages on my WhatsApp from the recovery agent's side.

Actually NBFC will file recovery suit against you in commercial court and after order ,shall execute against you. Now you have to present your case before mediator as per conciliation and mediation act 1996.
