Regarding Money Refund law in gym

I have Paid 2000 rs to take membership in a gym it is a part of payment to take Gym membership the entire amount is 12000 RS and in the receipt they mentioned No Refund is available on all of the provided Service but the sales Representative Didn't tell that refund not available and they didn't even taken any signature on a from or not even given any from to fill I am confused according to law I am Right Or wrong And I know the amount is so big but it's not only with me this happening

Well, it was the duty of Sales Representative to duly inform you, that, the Initial Joining amount of Rs 2000 which you are paying to join that Gym is non refundable, later on, providing you with the receipt, saying, that such amount was not refundable is wrong.
