REGARDING FALSE NAME ON PROMISSORY NOTE BY LENDER

I HAVE GIVEN MONEY TO A PERSON ON A PROMISSORY NOTE WORTH RS 330000/- ,THE LENDER HAS KEPT A FALSE NAME ON THE PROMISSORY NOTE HOW I HAVE TO PROCEED WITH THE ISSUE TO FILE A CASE IN THE COURT.
hi if he had kept a false name and not repaying the amount then you could send legal notice to repay the amount and if he failed to respond then you could file civil suit for recovery of money alongwith interest and then could obtain relief
