Regarding credit card outstanding

I have an outstanding of 40000 towards RBL CREDIT card and my last payment was in June 2023. Someone contacted me telling that a case will be filed against me in lokadalat Delhi and a notice was already issued by a lawyer from local court to my previous address which I vacated 3years Back and I didn't receive the notice I am willing to pay the outstanding. What will happen if the case is filed against me in lokadalat and how do I need to proceed?

As u said your last payment is Jun 2023 and coming to lokadalat u have not received a notice so u don't need to worry ...if you want no calls from bankers and recovery agents and if they harrassing you then we can file a petition in court and get the orders frm court and take some time to repay the loan
