Regarding court summon from kolkata

Mein indore me rahta hu, mene l&t finance se 7.50 lakh ka online loan liya tha, kuch emi 2 saal tak mene bhari, phir meri job chale gyi to nahi bhar paya, l&t walo ne kolkata metropolitan court ka summon bhej diya hai par usme likha aa raha hai case is not allocated to court. Mein settlement karna chahta hu par wo ek sath zyada amount maang rahe hai, kya karu bahut tension me hu
