Refund Related Issues Offline Hotel Booking

I booked one of hotel in Shillong month back as I was going to travel but as per current Indigo Crisis going overall my Flight got cancelled and as alternative flight rates are high we cant afford to go there. When checked with that hotel offline they are not ready to give the refund and giving rude and vague response even after this unexpected situation. Currently raised issue with National Consumer Portal waiting for there response but need assistance to take forward if not proceed over there
Well, in order to get refund, you need to file Complaints at multiple level, you reach out to Central Ministry of Tourism via Email, State Ministry of Tourism, file a Consumer Complaint to run the case which you already filed on the National Consumer Forum Portal + you can lodge a Police Complaint to get it converted into a FIR against the Hotel Owner who is not refunding your payment + you can file a Civil Suit ..
